Mit Zahlen und Untertiteln ist es immer so eine Sache: Jeder will einen tollen Untertitel machen und Teile sollten durchnummeriert werden, doch oftmals klappt das ganze nicht so sehr und es entsteht ein absolutes durcheinander. Viele Nachfolger eines Spieles tragen dann auch nur einen Untertitel und haben gar keine Nummer. Prince of Persia geht diesen Weg und vergibt Titel sogar gerne einmal doppelt, weshalb hier alle Prince of Persia Teile aufgelistet werden, um die Verwirrung, welche einen vielleicht überfällt, wenn man sich nicht ausgiebig mit der Serie befasst, zu beseitigen.
